BREAK DOWN OF SHIPPING COSTS

All Domestic & International packages that are under 1 ounce qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Take note that there will be NO TRACKING as they will be shipped by standard letter mail.

To summarize, you can order up to 5 sticker items and qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

All Domestic Orders +

For paid shipping, total includes the USPS shipping rate plus insurance & packaging costs.

  • Shipping insurance: $1.54

All International Orders +

For paid shipping, the total includes the USPS shipping rate plus insurance & packaging costs.

  • Shipping insurance: $2.56

How do I contact channelSQUARE?

The best way to get in touch with me is to fill out the “Contact Me” form. Due to my schedule, it normally takes me 48hrs to respond to emails.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

No returns accepted. If your item arrived damaged, please see below.

Where is my tracking number?

If you paid for shipping, then your order includes tracking; *FREE SHIPPING for 1 ounce or less packages, does not include tracking. Once your order is ready to ship, a shipping confirmation from both ShippingEasy and Retroshoujo.moe will be emailed.

*Orders over $100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING and DOES INCLUDE tracking.

Orders that pay a shipping fee are covered by insurance. If your order is lost, I can file a claim and get you a refund. The refund only covers the cost of goods, not the shipping. Shipping is not refundable.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please fill out the “Contact Me” form and include your order number.

What if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged, DO NOT THROW AWAY the packaging the order was shipped in. You need to provide photos of the damaged packaging and the products. Please fill out the “Contact Me” form so I can file a claim with the insurance company.

Can I combine my orders?

I do not offer combined shipping.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I sure do! Please check out the shipping costs under the “BREAK DOWN OF SHIPPING COSTS”.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please keep in mind there is very little I can do once a package leaves the US; please contact your local post office for assistance.

My order has not shipped yet, what's the hold up?

It’s just me that handles all of the orders and due to my work schedule, orders can take from 1 to 2 weeks to process.

If your order has not shipped within that time frame it means two things:

1. Either you have a pre-order item, which means your order will ship out once that item(s) arrives OR

2. An item you have ordered is OUT OF STOCK. If an item is out of stock, I will email you right away explaining the delay and letting you know when it will ship!

PLEASE make sure your email on your order is correct and that you check it daily! If you prefer a different contact method, leave that info in the notes section when placing your order.

Most likely no; I have a full work schedule.

ART related + Conventions

Can I draw fanart of your OC’s?

Yes! You don’t need permission to draw any of my OC’s, I just ask that you tag me if you decide to post or share said fanart :D

Do you have or sell NFT’s?

No, I don’t sell NFT’s of my artwork or allow others to do so. If you come across my artwork as an NFT (of which there are many) please report it to the NFT website. Thank you so much!

Do you sell your designs for enamel pins?

No. I don’t sell my designs for enamel pins.

Can I post your art on my social media?

No. Please do not take or use any of my images/artwork, it’s copyright infringement.

Can I use your art in products that I sell?

Absolutely not. Please don’t sell any of my images or artwork, it’s copyright infringement. I encourage you to make your own artwork. I have worked really hard to create and sell my own artwork, and if I can do it, you sure as can too!

Can I get a tattoo of your art?

Yes! Please get in touch with me via social media or email. I’d love to hear all about it :D

Do you attend and sell your art at conventions or events?

Yes! I am normally at AnimeExpo. I use to apply and sell at a number of conventions every year but due to my work schedule, I can only manage to sell at one or two conventions.

Do you us proxies to sell your artwork?

No, I don’t use or hire proxies to sell my artwork online or at conventions. My Artist Alley table name is always channelSQUARE and I only sell my artwork through my website, retroshoujo.moe. If you see someone selling my artwork under a different table name or on a different website, please notify the webhost, convention staff or myself. Thank you!
