Let’s start with the order and stock inventory stuff first:

What items have been restocked, and which items are completely sold out?

I do apologize for updating the inventory while the store was open. I know this has caused a number of you to create multiple orders, and I will address any questions below concerning combined orders and shipping cost refunds.

So, yeah, suffice to say this store sale has been chaotic xD

Last night, I found two boxes of inventory from Anime Expo. When I got back from AX, I was tired and told myself I could unpack them later, and well, I had completely forgotten about it.

Almost every item in my store had the wrong quantities, and several items were missing, including last year’s Halloween and Christmas designs.

That all being said, I went through and added the following to each listing:

Listing that have ‘RESTOCK | … ‘ in the title:

These items initially sold out, but I found more stock and updated the listing.

Listing titles that have ‘… (SOLD OUT)’:

These items did not have a restock and are completely sold out.

Listing titles that have ‘NEW | …’:

These items were missing from the store and have been added. Quite late, in fact xD Most of them are stickers.

Sold out items:

At this point, if any listing shows ‘Sold Out’, it’s sold out with no plans to restock >n<

I have received a ton of messages regarding existing orders. Hopefully, the following addresses any questions or concerns:

Combined Shipping and Shipping refunds

If you have already placed an order or a few orders, I will do my best to combine them and refund any additional shipping charges. Please keep in mind that my shipping prices are not fixed; they are based on weight. Each item’s weight is calculated, so adding more items to your order increases the total weight.

When will my order ship out?

I was not expecting the number of orders I received during this sale. Ya’ll really showed up and surprised me. Over the last year, I haven’t gotten many online orders, so I figured this wouldn’t really change with the sale.

Initially, I was hoping to get everyone’s orders out before I leave for my Christmas holiday, starting Dec 7th. I state on the sales page that orders placed after Dec 6th will ship out on January 4th, but it looks like most orders placed yesterday and today will not be going out until I get back from my holiday. Like I said, this sale just went in a direction I did not expect >u<

Incorrect inventory means partial refunds!

I have a rule that I list the lowest quantity in my store; that way, I at least have items in stock/extras after an item sells out. However, some items had insanely large quantities listed. I am not sure where these quantities came from. Lol, I felt like I was going crazy looking at these super high quantities listed, and maybe there was more stock hiding somewhere, but no >o<
