I placed an order back in December. When will it ship?

As of January 25, 2026, all orders placed back in December 2025 have been processed, packed, and shipped.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Do not throw away the package your order arrived in!

You need to take photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged merchandise. Please contact me and let me know your order # and which items were damaged. Once I respond, you’ll be able to send me the photos needed for the insurance claim. Once the insurance claim has been processed, I will send you a refund. This process can take up to 45 business days.

Why are you closing your store?

I am closing my store for 2026 so I can relax a bit more and enjoy doing art for fun o(*￣︶￣*)o My store also just got too big for me to manage on my own, so in the future, I will be opening up smaller product launches and pre-orders

Will you be reopening your store?

I cannot say exactly when I will reopen my store. My online store’s future won’t remain closed forever; if or when I reopen it, it will be different. There will most likely be very small product launches and pre-orders.

Do you sell at conventions?

I won’t be selling at any 2026 conventions.

Are you quitting art?

No, stepping away from selling at conventions and online will give me more time to create new artwork. I have a lot of new art projects I want to work on >u<

What do you do for work?

I have a 9-5 day job that I really enjoy ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

It is not my dream or goal to do art full-time or to run a small business. Honestly, bringing business into my art has made me really unhappy. But it has also brought wonderful things and people into my life, and it has made me realize/learn more about myself and who I am or want to be, so I do not regret it in the least! (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)
